Mango people @mango.com

As a person who participated in the aam aadmi movement when the lokpal bill was to be passed and as a citizen of India I was thrilled and overjoyed when the people of Delhi overthrew a government and brought back something which brings hope to them. Since then I thought maybe it's time that the autocracy and corruption of a coalition government should be done away with for good. And given the fact that the leader of the AAP  i.e. Aam Aadmi Party Mr. Arvind Kejriwal is an able administrator and an IAS officer it gives me high hopes for the capital state of India.

Fast forward it to a month and I read about an incident wherein there is a rape reported in the city of Delhi. Now many may remember very clearly or rather it must have just brought back flooding the memories of the rape incident on 16th December. At that time the Delhi government run by Mrs. Sheila Dixit was severely criticized and questioned for such an atrocity which happened on the very streets of the state. Many protests took place, there were candlelight processions ,peace marches and many of the like. People took to the streets in a way the country had not seen before, for the brutality of the incident was far worse than imagination. The police were questioned and though the rapists were held, the working of the Delhi police was highly put under microscopic supervision at all times.

Without straying away from my topic I wish to point out here that when a similar incident was reported in the Kejriwal constituency, why did he push the entire blame on the police?
Why didn't he take responsibility for the incident and come forward and put the Delhi police into taking action for nabbing the culprits?
Why does a chief minister have to take to the roads to shrug off his responsibility as the leader of the state?
How is he justified in taking to the streets for protesting against the crime in such a way?
What explanation can be given for his actions?

These may just remain questions if the chief minister doesn't get his act together and stop taking to the streets for every crime that happens to Delhi...
